2008 Tour Auto

The 2008 TA featured some of the most beautiful roads in the world in the Massif Central. Unfortunately the weather was very poor. This was the first race in the newly rebuilt Capri. The engine and brakes were fantastic but the handling was off which made for some interesting racing in Magny Cours and Castellet
2008 Aston Martin Cup Shanghai (F1)

A beautiful event in the setting of the Shanghai F1 race. The track is very interesting with some technical turns, a demanding long right and the longest straight of all F1 tracks. The Aston is a bit heavy in the twisty parts. After an out in practice with limited consequences, the end result on sunday was ok (P7)

2007 Dubai 24 Hours

11th overall on our first try at a major 24H ! The team was great and the drivers very reliable. The Porsche 996 Cup with regular gearbox worked like a charm. Damien Kolher (car owner), Hans Hugenholtz and Michel Mora at the wheel.
2007 Le Mans Classic Japan

Japan is always special. The Fuji track is really great and the DFV powered Lola T298 is thrilling. The fasted car on the track earned pole position ahead on Sinji Nakano (on a slower T70) unfortunately a transmission failure mid race ended this otherwise perfect experience

Best result so far in the Tour Auto with a 3rd place in competition with Hubert Mouret as co-pilot
2007 Classic Endurance Racing Spa

A win in SPA with cop-pilot and car owner Yvan Mahé ! The fantastic Lola T286 DFV was incredibly fast and easy to drive. Close to 300 km/h in the straights and just incredible grip in the fast corners. A really unique experience

2006 Tour Auto

A great event with my favorite co-driver. Unfortunately, the rev counter broke on the first day, just before the Dijon race. With no input  I over-revved in the long straight and damaged an exhaust valve. The car performance was crippled but we continued at a slower pace. Incredibly, the valve straightened over the days and I had almost full power in the final day which allowed for some fun overtaking in Ledenon after starting from last position on the grid. No result but 5 great days of country roads leading to Cannes.

A WIN in handicap and P7 overall in the middle of all the big GT40s and Cobras, a great racing week end in the most thrilling track in the world
